Yes, we love to travel; to taste, to smell, to touch and to fill ourselves with new places. We use to take pictures, lots and lots of pictures. They are not necessarily (in fact, they are not at all
) professional photographs, that take into account lights and shadows, distances, straight or prone plans; they are not even centered sometimes. They are mere pictures, images that reflect realities. Not daring for a moment to be considered photographs, we do not wish to present places through monuments that already made them famous and that you can always admire on other types of specialized websites; we just want to show you that, beyond the wonderful architecture, the brilliant sculptures or paintings, there is life, with people, smiles, cables, platforms, cars, streets, pavements, waves, sunsets and sunrises, dried flowers and garbage. I was reading somewhere that “the joy that you feel at a definite moment in time cannot be captured on camera”. Please allow me madam to disagree a little: it is up to a certain point true; yet, the image that you capture is always able to give you back the emotion that you once felt.
